This gorgeous rye flour has a deep, earthy, slightly tangy taste that makes the most incredible breads, crackers, and baked goods. Milled right here in New Zealand using a zentrofan (impact) mill, which keeps temperatures low to preserve nutrients and flavour.

How to use: Use for sourdough rye bread (the classic!), pumpernickel, or rye crispbreads. Blend 50/50 with wheat flour if you're new to rye — it's lower in gluten and behaves differently. Also wonderful in pancakes, muffins, pizza dough, and even chocolate cake.
