Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

If your food arrives damaged, spoiled, or doesn't match your order, please contact us at marine@nomadwholefoods.co.nz within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. 

In accordance with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, we will happily arrange a replacement or a full refund for any faulty items to make it right.
