Orders under $100: $12 shipping fee
No hidden fees or surprises at checkout
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery: 2-3 business days
Rural delivery: May take 1 additional business day (3-4 business days total)
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and dispatched the same day
Weekend orders are processed on Monday

If your order arrives damaged:
Take photos immediately of both the packaging and damaged items
Contact NZ Post directly to file a complaint (they handle damaged goods claims)
Email us with photos and order details—we'll help resolve the issue quickly

Rural Delivery Information
We proudly serve rural communities across the South Island! Rural deliveries may take one additional business day due to extended delivery routes. NZ Post's rural delivery service ensures your wholesome goods reach you wherever you are.
