We currently deliver exclusively to the South Island of New Zealand. North Island delivery is coming soon!
Shipping Costs & Free Delivery
- FREE shipping on all orders over $100
- Orders under $100: $12 shipping fee
- No hidden fees or surprises at checkout
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 2-3 business days
- Rural delivery: May take 1 additional business day (3-4 business days total)
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and dispatched the same day
- Weekend orders are processed on Monday

We use NZ Post for all deliveries to ensure reliable service across the South Island. You'll receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Order Processing
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday-Friday) ship the same day
- Weekend orders process on Monday
- You'll receive email confirmation when your order is dispatched
- Tracking details will be provided within 24 hours
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately of both the packaging and damaged items
- Contact NZ Post directly to file a complaint (they handle damaged goods claims)
- Email us with photos and order details—we'll help resolve the issue quickly

Rural Delivery Information
We proudly serve rural communities across the South Island! Rural deliveries may take one additional business day due to extended delivery routes. NZ Post's rural delivery service ensures your wholesome goods reach you wherever you are.
