How to use
Use for sourdough rye bread (the classic!), pumpernickel, or rye crispbreads. Blend 50/50 with wheat flour if you're new to rye — it behaves differently because it's lower in gluten. Also wonderful in pancakes, muffins, pizza dough, and even chocolate cake where its depth of flavour really shines.
