How to use

Rinse until the water runs clear, then cook 1 part rice to 1.5 parts water for 12-15 minutes. Perfect alongside curries, dhal, and tagines. Make fragrant pilafs with whole spices, fried rice, or coconut rice. Cold leftover basmati makes the best rice salads too.
