Certified organic pasta from Italy, made by Granoro from 100% Italian organic durum wheat. A simple, versatile staple with a firm, satisfying bite, in shapes made to catch every bit of sauce.

How to use: Cook in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente, then toss with anything from a classic marinara to a creamy alfredo. Beautiful baked, in soups, or in a cold pasta salad.
Ingredients: Organic durum wheat semolina (wholemeal for the penne rigate and linguine). Contains wheat (gluten). May contain traces of soy and mustard.
