How to use: Steep about 1 tsp per cup in just-off-the-boil water for 2–3 minutes. Strain and sip — lovely on its own, or with a touch of honey.
Ingredients: Manuka, blackberry and raspberry leaves, rosehip, strawberry and nettle leaves, fennel seeds, lemon balm, peppermint, dandelion root, flavour, everlasting and marigold flowers, liquorice root, blue mallow blossoms and natural flavour.
