This beautiful pink salt is mined from ancient deposits deep in the Himalayan mountains, where it's been forming for over 250 million years. Unlike heavily processed table salt, Himalayan rock salt retains its natural mineral content, giving it that distinctive rosy colour and a cleaner, more complex flavour.
