Request Data Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from Nomad Wholefoods, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at hello@nomadwholefoods.co.nz with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
2. Include the email address associated with your account
3. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email

What data will be deleted

• Your account information (name, email, phone number)
• Your order history
• Any stored addresses
• Newsletter subscription data

What we may retain

We may need to retain certain information for legal or accounting purposes (e.g., tax records) as required by New Zealand law. This data will be securely stored and not used for marketing.
